Access to the house from the town is via a single unmade track. About 1 hours drive to Valencia or
Alicante airport. Gandia, beach, which is about one hours drive, has a beautiful, flat, sandy, clean
beach with bars every 200 metres or so, and palm trees, with plenty of free parking any time. Also
lots of bars and restaurants. There is also a harbour for private yachts. Benidorm is about a 2 hour
drive South.

The views from the house, over the valley and to the hills and mountains beyond are some of the
best in the area. Local long and short country walks, mountain biking right outside the gate, horse
riding along quiet tracks, fishing in the nearby lake, rock climbing, and with proper gun licence,
hunting. The area is protected therefore no more building of houses are permitted in the general
area. Altogether ideal for quiet country living.

The town of Beniganim (about 5 minutes drive away) has all the facilities needed to provide a
family. With lots of bars, three supermarkets and lots of smaller shops, trains to Valencia, Spanish
schools, a community centre and library, both of which provide free WIFI access and free use of the
computers/internet, which are in English or Spanish. Two markets in the town on Tuesday and
Friday.
